How fast can you deploy a security guard?

For true emergencies in Los Angeles County, typical response is 4 to 6 hours from your call, often less inside Los Angeles city limits. For standard placements with no active emergency, we prefer 24 to 72 hours so we can walk the property and write a custom post order before the first shift. Armed deployments in remote markets (Bakersfield, Lancaster, Palmdale) may be scheduled next-day.

How much do security guards cost in Los Angeles?

Licensed unarmed guards typically run $25 to $38 per hour. Armed guards run $32 to $48 per hour. Posted ranges reflect long-term contracts of 180 days or longer. Can I request specific guards for my property?

We strive to maintain consistent guards on every property. Many of our clients see the same officers shift after shift for months at a time. Our contractual responsibility, though, is to provide security services rather than specific guard(s). As the licensed Private Patrol Operator, we retain control over our employees, including disciplinary decisions when a guard fails to perform or follow policy. This keeps the independent-contractor legal boundary clean for everyone. We will do everything we can to maintain consistency.

Do you serve outside Los Angeles County?

Yes. We cover Orange County, the San Gabriel Valley, the Antelope Valley (Lancaster, Palmdale), the Central Valley (Bakersfield, Delano, Porterville), and across California under our PPO license. Pricing is flat across Los Angeles County. Outside LA County, deployment windows and armed availability vary by market. Call us to scope your specific location.

Should I hire armed or unarmed security?

Most situations call for unarmed. Access control, perimeter patrols, lobby presence, retail loss prevention, and event coverage all work well with professional unarmed guards.
